This Too Shall Pass! Be Encouraged!!

We as the body of Christ truly need encouragement now more than ever…

At the beginning of the year, the Spirit of the Lord spoke to me and warned me about the days that are to come. As we’ve faced so much before, there unfortunately are still dark days ahead. We’ve seen such peril times with darkness lurking in attempts to consume many.

… But, God!!

Now more than ever, we NEED the Word of God! Now more than ever, it is essential that we as believers stay close to the Father, allowing His abiding love to permeate our hearts and strengthen us all from within.

Abide – to remain; continue; stay. To bear patiently. To endure without yielding. Dwell; reside.

Above all else, we’ve been placed in a season where it is necessary to abide in the Father! Stay close to the precious Holy Spirit in these times! Even at the mention of all that is happening throughout the land, the Lord is mindful and promises to keep His children. Yes, He promises to keep you in the midst of it all –whatever it is that you may be enduring or experiencing.

Whatever type of attacks that you’ve had to battle with…

The things that you felt you’ve had to succumb to…

Internal wars that you are fighting…

Unsettled matters of your heart…

Suffering that may be happening in your body…

Family members who may have transitioned and passed over…

The unexpected loss…

Whatever it is that you are going through and dealing with, know that this too shall pass!

“Weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.” – Psalm 30:5

Today’s message is a reminder that the attacks won’t always be there. There are going to be some good days ahead, some smiles, and some joy that you shall see! After all, that’s what the Word promises us! Be encouraged that your morning is coming!!

“Because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” – James 1:3-4

Something is going to work out for your good in the midst of that you are going through! We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to His purpose, (Romans 8:28). Aren’t YOU called according to this purpose? Begin to trust that it is going to work out!

No matter what is going on all around you, there is still peace with God through Jesus!

What a beautiful promise made by the Father!

You need the peace that surpasses all understanding in this season!

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” – Romans 8:38,39

When thinking about the things that you may be battling, facing, and going through, be persuaded that absolutely nothing can separate you from the love of God in Christ! If no one does, He understands your suffering and is concerned about that which concerns   you. No matter what storm life brings your way, in the midst of the calamity that is happening, and despite the loss during a worldwide pandemic, nothing will be able to separate you from the Father! May the peace of the Lord rule, rest, and abound in your heart and over your mind. Let nothing cause you to become bitter rather than becoming better! Shift your perspective by asking the Lord: “What can I learn from what I am being called to endure in this season? How can I be better? How can this situation be used for your glory?”. Surely there will come a time when you will be able to testify of the power of Christ that has kept you in spite of it all! You never know the power of your testimony. The very situation that seems insurmountable now can be used for the glory of God to help bring someone else out! To help bring freedom to someone else! It just may be your testimony of overcoming that the Lord uses to help bring deliverance to others! Continue to stay close to the Father and believe in your heart that it shall pass!

“They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.” – Revelation 12:11

The Grace to Endure

As many people are hurting and suffering throughout the world, the Lord has not gone unresponsive to the cries of His people. Like no other, He knows how we may feel; as it was Jesus himself who also went through a great deal of suffering while here on Earth. It is the Lord alone who is able to give strength in weariness, release the Holy angels to touch you, and grant the grace to endure the challenges of life.

“Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.” – Romans 5:3-4

The Lord’s keeping and sustaining power is sufficient for you! Maintain a solid foundation as you focus on the Lord. The angels will be dispatched to come and see about you! Though you may feel bound in chains, God will surely break them mightily to bring forth a great recovery! Stand firm and believe that for every single thing that has been taken, snatched, and stolen, there will be a repay! When the smoke clears, there will be a powerful testimony that comes forth from you –one with power, boldness, and authority to give others hope!

“But I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail.” – Luke 22:32

Hold on to the faith! Hold on to Jesus! Your faith will NOT fail you in this season! This too shall pass!!

Amen.
