If there’s one thing that must be done… it’s certainly giving God some praise! He’s truly kept us in 2021! He is truly a keeper and has preserved many of us, as there is still work to be done in His Kingdom.
Watchful – Not able or accustomed to sleep or rest. Carefully observant or attentive; being on watch.
I wouldn’t be one to say that I’ve always prayed and pressed in for revelation concerning the new year, but as I stood in my kitchen a few days ago, I received a message loud and clear. I didn’t have to fast or pray long for this download, it simply came as soon as I asked. There is a Word from the Lord today –but it is something that has resonated with me all throughout last year. I do believe that this urgent Word is one that can be applied to all believers in the Body of Christ. As I stood in my kitchen that day, I vividly heard the Lord say, “BE WATCHFUL!”.
For those who have been following my prayer ministry over the years, you may have heard me speak often about “being on post”. As believers, we must all be alert and on post in both the spirit and the natural realm. We have to be VIGILANT! This word also means to be wide awake, being on the lookout especially for danger or opportunity.
Are YOU Watching??
If we truly desire to tap into the wealth transfer that the Lord has ordained for such a time as this, then we must be on the lookout for it. Reality is, the wealth will not knock on our door and announce itself; we must be prepared. As it pertains to this wealth, we have to be on the lookout for opportunity (this even means being open to it). We must embrace what God has for us. In order to do so, then we must first be awake, alert, and able to acknowledge that God has His hands on a particular thing.
What do you see that God is moving upon in this hour? What do you feel though you may not understand?
Many have heard certain details of my story before. There were many individuals who began in the same business that my husband and I started in. Because they were not watchful, those individuals unfortunately missed out on multiple millions of dollars. Don’t let this be you in this season! You may never know what path, lane, or the level of opportunity that He will use to get the blessings, promises, and breakthroughs to you that have already been declared and prophesied for your life. So this isn’t a time in which we should be spiritually asleep.
Increase Your Sensitivity
As I’ve even shared this word before prophetically, the church has to WAKE UP and be watchful!
Vigilant – An intent of watchfulness; readiness. Observant of danger or in seizing an opportunity.
Be alert in the face of danger so that you will know how to handle it. The Lord has already declared that He is releasing spiritual tools in this hour. You must be alert so that when the enemy launches an attack, you are ready and equipped. Here’s just how we can do that as believers:
Living a holy, consecrated life dedicated to the Lord
Fasting
Prayer
Spending time with God
Diving into the Word
I encourage you to prepare yourself to seize opportunities by being sensitive to the Holy Spirit. In this way, when God urges you to move, you will quickly do so. I pray that in this hour your ears will be sharpened!
You Are A Force!
When you are aware, you become a force to be reckoned with! You are a force when you are aware of your identity and what you are carrying. You must be aware of the authority that you carry in the natural and spirit realm. You are a force to be reckoned with when you are aware of the anointing that is upon your life. You won’t be tossed to and fro when you know.
Will you be WIDE AWAKE in 2022?
God is calling us in this hour to be careful, cautious, attentive, mindful, and watchful. In the teachings of the New Testament, three basic principles are found concerning the Lord’s return: to be on guard against temptation and to remain in prayer. The other is to be watchful just as the 10 virgins were called to do so (Matthew 25:1-13).
“Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm.” – Ephesians 6:13
“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” – 1 Peter 5:8
The Church must be watchful so that we are not easily influenced and led astray by the enemy. There has been a bold rise of “new age” witches and workers of darkness across social media, whereas before they were hidden. In these times, they seem to appear so frequently. There is much witchcraft rising up even within the Church. The term “Christian witches” has been heavily used across social media platforms. These two worlds simply don’t mix in the Kingdom of God! Why then must we as believers hide away? We are to let our lights shine brightly, especially in this hour. We are to profess and release the Gospel of Christ, utilizing social media to get the message out.
This is a part of being watchful. Are we truly being watchful in these areas? Are our eyes open so that we can truly see what is going on throughout the world? There is so much happening in today’s times that we have never contended with before. Vigilant watchfulness is a manifestation of a genuine spiritual life.
“Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.” – Proverb 8:34
What does living out this scripture look like in real life? This includes spending time with God, going before the Courts of Heaven, seeing what needs to be broken up, getting on post, and being alert and watchful. In this hour, we must carry some power and holy fire. There has to be glory resting on you! Are you going to receive it this year?
“Nevertheless we made our prayer to our God, and because of them we set a watch against them day and night.” – Nehemiah 4:9
Are you able to identify the types of demonic threats that have been launched against your household, environment, community, workplace, or even your business? We must be on post and remain watchful of ALL of it!
“Be on guard, keep awake. For you do not know when the time will come. It is like a man going on a journey, when he leaves home and puts his servants in charge, each with his work, and commands the doorkeeper to stay awake. Therefore stay awake—for you do not know when the master of the house will come, in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or in the morning— lest he come suddenly and find you asleep. And what I say to you I say to all: Stay awake.” – Mark 13:33-37
Don’t be found SLEEPING in this hour!
Conclusion
Oftentimes, we are so busy that we don’t pay attention to when God is moving. We become so distracted that we cannot perceive when the winds of God are blowing. God desires for you to open your eyes and pay attention! Be watchful of the glory that shows up in your life –it’s there
for a reason. Pay close attention to your dreams and the vision that God has given you. Be even more attentive as it pertains to writing down the downloads. Watch where you are investing your time, resources, and even your money.
BE WATCHFUL!
Watch your walk…
Watch your attitude…
Watch your heart…
Watch the words that come from your mouth…
Watch what you are putting into your spirit…
Be watchful of what you are allowing to enter your eye and ear gates…
Watch your connections…
Watch your level of preparedness and your skillset…
Watch your seeds…
Watch your harvests…
Keep watch of your grounds…
Watch your surroundings…
Watch the fruit that is around you…
Watch what you are feeding yourself…
Be aware of when the anointing shows up…
Pay close attention to the dealings of God and flow of the Holy Spirit!
What level are you currently at in the natural and spirit realms? Position yourself to receive what Heaven has to offer you. As God is allowing many of us to be elevated to new positions in Him, I encourage you to glorify Him for what He is doing in your life. May you not miss what He is doing. If you must, repent for walking in rebellion and not yielding to the Lord in your own stubbornness. God is a good Father and He has been doing so many good things! Oftentimes, we get so caught up in the war and the attacks that we don’t even watch for His goodness. He has opened up so many doors for His people.
Let the chains unravel and break off of you today. Receive your rightful position in Him. If you struggle with your identity, may you begin to recognize who you are and what He has placed on the inside of you!
Say yes to His calling
Say yes to His will
Say yes to the purposes given to you
Say yes to destiny
Say yes to the blueprints in Heaven!
Embrace every single thing that God is doing for you in this time and hour. There will be a releasing and dispatching of the holy angels. They will go forth in the realm of the spirit to break up ground and help you reach new territory. The angels are pulling you up and clearing the path
out. You will go forth! Refuse to remain stagnant or stuck. Get every single thing that God has for you! This is why you must be watchful and prepared, as there is so much at stake.
Remember that being out of position is TOO costly in this hour!!
The angels are cheering you on as they deeply desire you to accomplish the will of God. They are released to help you with your destiny. The angels are on the move! May you lean more into God this year. The Holy Spirit was sent to help you and there are angels who are there to assist you. There is a “newness” that is not just coming, it is happening all around us! It’s time to come up, take your rightful place in the Kingdom, and TAKE YOUR STUFF BACK!
May the fire and the boldness of God be over you today. I’m excited to hear the testimonies as you begin to take your things back! You’re going to begin to testify of the keys of Heaven released in your midst You WILL be testifying of what God is doing in 2022 in YOUR life! I’m confident of this by faith. BE WATCHFUL of what God does in this hour for His people!
