The Blood still works and we SO need it!! Especially for such a time as this…
In the wake of all that has taken place, we as believers are in need of the protection and covering that ONLY the Blood of Christ gives! If you are connected with me through the prayer call, you may already be familiar with me sharing powerful words of knowledge about the Blood.
I shared the time when my husband and I were joined in prayer and I felt a strong release of blood. This was a sensation in which I had never felt, as if the blood substance was being splattered out! In another instance, I recall being in prayer and receiving a vision of a house being covered by something unknown. Though the home was not covered in blood, I knew that the vision was a symbolic representation of a covering that no sin could penetrate!
Today’s message is one that has been at the forefront of my ministry throughout the years. Though I have ministered often in this area, it is always needed for our safety and our good. The underlying messages highlight the importance and need to be covered under the blood and free from the snares of sin as believers. When we are covered by the blood and delivered from sin, it closes doors and denies the enemy legal access into our lives. As I’ve shared many times before, sin causes such hindrance and blockage in the spirit realm. If we fail to confess and repent from them, then breakthrough can even be hindered before we are able to receive it. Spiritually, we are in a high alert time. We all must desire, confess, decree, and declare the protection of the Lord over ourselves and our families like never before!
Hindering Sins
At times, things that may happen in life affect us so greatly that they stain and taint us spiritually. If not handled properly, pain that stems from certain matters of the heart potentially turns into sin. The adversity, afflictions, the pain, and even rejection that we may face leaves our hearts contaminated and more prone to sin. No believer is perfect and exempt from falling short of God’s glory.
“For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.” – Romans 3:23
Sin blocks, hinders, distracts, and opens demonic doors in the spirit realm. It causes doors to be shut tightly and the Heavens over you to be brassed and hardened making you unable to receive from God. It is our responsibility to make sure that we close the doors of sin and cancel the breaches of the enemy that hinder breakthrough.

- Adultery
- Fornication
- Uncleanliness
- Lasciviousness
- Idolatry
- Witchcraft
- Strife
- Drunkenness
- Wrath
- Envy
- Selfish Ambition
Other Areas of Sin
- Unforgiveness
- Failure to release tithes unto the Lord
- Disorder
- Division
- Generational curses
- Bad associations
- Gossip and slander
- Word curses
- Not expecting a breakthrough can even hinder you!
If any of this applies to you, I encourage you to simply take it before the Lord. Though there is no condemnation for those who walk after the Spirit, there are certainly matters that we must have the courage to confront and doors that must be closed shut. Allow God to expose the works of the flesh that may be hindering your breakthrough in your life. There must be nothing in your life that the enemy is able to use as legal grounds to snatch your breakthrough! There must be nothing that compromises the protection over your life that God desires for you to have –especially in a time such as this. I encourage you to find the strength to go before the Lord and release your sin. It is SO necessary for what God desires to do for your life!
You need the protection of God like never before!
You need the blessings to fall!
You need the keys to come down!
You need prosperity to come forth!
You need the Heavens opened over your life!
You will need things to be unlocked and released for you in this season!
It’s time to renounce the works of the flesh and release your sin so that you may receive your breakthrough!
Make Things Right
If this message is resonating with you so far, understand that there are some areas that God is highlighting for a reason for you to make right. Sin separates us from God and when we are separated from Him, it hinders many blessings. Because we are on high alert in this season, we CANNOT afford to be separated from Him. We MUST stay close!
Repent and bring those things before the Lord. Without a shadow of a doubt, you cannot be free or delivered when you are walking in lies. Don’t be afraid nor too ashamed to come clean! God already sees what you are doing so there’s no need to continue to cover things up. He desires for you to be real, raw and true with Him. You may be finding yourself contending with something that only you know about, but understand that it is for your good to come clean. The Lord is merciful and He absolutely loves you! His Word says that He chastens and disciplines those whom He loves (Hebrews 12:6). It is not for us to feel beaten over the head by His discipline, but for us to recognize and realize that He is a Holy God!
Don’t miss the mark!
When we sin, we consequently miss the mark. It is my prayer that you will find the grace and strength to break the mindset that persuades you to keep going back to your ways of sin. Repentance is still relevant, even as we are in 2021. Holiness is going to keep you in this season! Be sure to remain clean and pure in heart before the Lord. Your purity is going to keep you and cover you!
Make The Father Proud!
“Behold, the LORD’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear.” – Isaiah 59:1
The Word shows us just how faithful, merciful, and compassionate The Lord is to His children –even in our seasons of disobedience and sin. This is not a message to tear down those who have been battling with sin, but one of encouragement instead to run to the Father! Run to Him and lay down what you’ve been carrying on the altar. Lay down any areas of the works of the flesh and ask Him to heal, deliver, and set you free. Even fear is a form of sin! The Word tells us that without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). When we are not operating in faith, it is safe to assume that we are not pleasing the Father. If you have been dealing with succumbing to fear, lay it all down.
Let Heaven FIGHT for your freedom!
When you surrender and yield before the Lord concerning your sins, He will dispatch His holy warrior angels on your behalf to battle for your freedom! The fire angels will descend bringing forth protection with their swords drawn near. The angels will get involved and dismantle the yokes that have kept you bound in sin. The very chains will be burned and scorched by the fire of the Holy Spirit!
As you bring before Him your personal issues of the heart and flesh, repent and ask for forgiveness. Receive the cleansing oil that will fall from Heaven. It is the sacrificial blood of Jesus that purifies and cleanses. Allow Him to wash it all away and bring forth deliverance. It is your inheritance! Deliverance is what our salvation as believers is all about. Exchange your motives, agenda, and will for the Lord’s, so that your hands may touch everything that God has for you!
The Lord desires to stir a reset within you so that your eyes may be upon Him. It is so vital that you are sensitive to the Spirit especially in such a high alert time as this. In your moments of connection with Him, He will show you the open doors and areas in your life where you must make things right. There’s so much that has yet to be discovered with such a breakthrough that He desires to release over the lives of His children! He certainly doesn’t wish for the chains and bondages of sin to weigh us down, causing us to miss the mark. Though He created humanity with free will, He won’t fight against the things that we decide to do. It brings much grief to His heart when His children are not in alignment with His Word and His will.
Be encouraged that He wants the very best for YOU!

If you have been engaging in things that have not brought the Lord honor, then you have the ability and grace to do what is pleasing to Him. I encourage you to make it right with the Lord so that you may receive your portion of breakthrough in your life! Remain strong in faith and remember that all of Heaven is fighting for your freedom!! Make the decision to do what’s right before the Lord. Make your Father proud today!!
